I needed some plumbing completed at my house on the stormwater drainage. I contacted 3 plumbers from a Google search. After submitting my enquiry to all 3, I received a reply in a few hours on a Saturday from Leanne and Matt was booked in to provide a quote the next day. Matt took the time to understand my issue and discuss a solution. When completing the job and putting his camera down the pipes it was obvious a new approach was required. Matt made sure I understood what the issues were and was 100% transparent with what needed doing and why. Matt completed the job making sure all drainage was clear and ready for the next big storm. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Matt to anyone looking for a plumber, his knowledge is not something that can be taught, only learnt through years of experience. Very well-renowned and trusted business, and from our experience, you can feel completely confident that you are dealing with a legitimate, safe and reliable company. Matt was incredibly helpful, kind and professional from start to finish. He genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process so much easier. I had a really great experience with Matt and Leanne from FastFix Drains. Leanne was lovely to deal with in the office, and Matt did a fantastic job replacing our water filters. Matt was very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He was friendly, polite and respectful, and his workmanship was excellent. He was also quick, professional and took the time to do the job properly. The service and communication from both Matt and Leanne were so good that I’ll definitely be getting Matt to take care of our other plumbing needs as well. It’s not often you come across people who are this professional, reliable and genuinely pleasant to deal with and well-priced. I absolutely highly recommend FASTFIX Drains. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I am very OC fussy , very much the perfectionist. My toilet was blocked and I called a few places off google and they were so rude that I simply just hung up . And then I got Leanne and she was just so lovely and extremely helpful which I really appreciated as I wasn’t definitely not having a good day. Matt came out to fix our toilet and he was just amazing. He was respectful of my house and explained everything that he needed to do in detail. He was very polite and had a great attitude with a big smile. When Matt finished fixing my toilet I was actually in shock when went in to clean it as you wouldn’t have known that that a plumber had even been there. Matt you are absolutely amazing , you took my toilet off the wall unblocked the drain and put in new parts and a camera down the pipes and reinstalled it . You re-siliconed my toilet and cleaned all the water up off the floor after it flooded. It looked like he had sent in the 5 star cleaners 😂 I was so relieved as it has never been pleasant cleaning up after previous plumbers . As my toilet was not installed properly in the beginning it is now flushing better than ever . I cannot recommend Matt from FastFix Drains highly enough. From the moment he arrived, Matt was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough in his approach. He took the time to properly investigate a complex leak issue that other trades had struggled to pinpoint, explaining each step of the process and keeping us informed throughout. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to finding the actual cause of the problem rather than simply treating the symptoms. He carried out extensive testing, documented everything clearly and provided a detailed report that has been invaluable in helping us move forward with rectification of the issue. Matt was punctual, courteous, honest and left the work area clean and tidy. After many months of researching and procrastinating about getting a toilet replacement, I finally came across a plumber with all 5 star reviews. I sent an online enquiry to FastFix Drains and received a reply soon after. Despite technical issues and a minor delay, Matt was able to work around my schedule  - he came out to Eagleby, provided me with a quote and completed the work all within 5 days of my first contact. The quote was so affordable that not only was I able to replace the old toilet, I now have new taps in the laundry and bathroom PLUS a new shower head. Leanne was very communicative in responding to my emails and I found Matt to be extremely trustworthy and reliable.  When I came home after the work had been completed, it was as clean as I had left it. There was no mess, the old toilet and other bits and pieces that were replaced had been taken away. I highly recommend Matt for any plumbing work. He came out the same day at very short notice to fix my blocked kitchen drain and had the problem sorted quickly and efficiently. Matt provided fantastic, friendly service, was professional throughout, and took the time to explain what he was doing. It's great to find a reliable plumber who responds so promptly when you need help. If you're looking for a plumber in Bannockburn or the wider Logan area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt.
