We just had our blocked sewer drain cleared by Matt from FastFix. Very friendly and professional fellow, with some excellent advice on how to move forward.

Unfortunately, a previous contractor had driven a steel stump - for a "soon to be installed" Granny Flat - straight through the existing clay pipe, with subsequent debris creating the blockage.

We will be confidently engaging with Matt to replace and repair the existing pipe with modern materials. We will also utilise his expertise in hooking up plumbing services to the Granny Flat after its installation.

Fast response, professional, kind, affordable and goes above and beyond! They found the part for me, arranged for the manager to hold onto the part for me and directed me where to go and how to fix it without charging me a cent. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Can't thank them enough!

I needed some plumbing completed at my house on the stormwater drainage. I contacted 3 plumbers from a Google search. After submitting my enquiry to all 3, I received a reply in a few hours on a Saturday from Leanne and Matt was booked in to provide a quote the next day.
Matt took the time to understand my issue and discuss a solution. When completing the job and putting his camera down the pipes it was obvious a new approach was required.
Matt made sure I understood what the issues were and was 100% transparent with what needed doing and why.
Matt completed the job making sure all drainage was clear and ready for the next big storm.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Matt to anyone looking for a plumber, his knowledge is not something that can be taught, only learnt through years of experience.
Never heard back from one of my other enquiries and the other wanted $195 just to quote for the job.
Don't look elsewhere just contact Matt, save yourself the headache.

I had a really great experience with Matt and Leanne from FastFix Drains. Leanne was lovely to deal with in the office, and Matt did a fantastic job replacing our water filters.

Matt was very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He was friendly, polite and respectful, and his workmanship was excellent. He was also quick, professional and took the time to do the job properly.

The service and communication from both Matt and Leanne were so good that I’ll definitely be getting Matt to take care of our other plumbing needs as well. It’s not often you come across people who are this professional, reliable and genuinely pleasant to deal with and well-priced.

I’m very happy with the service from FastFix Drains and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, experienced plumber.

Hot water at last. After years of luke warm water because of an incorrect fitted and faulty tempering valve. Matt Popped round same day and fixed there and then. When I upgrade this is the guy I will call.

Matt & Leanne from FASTFIX DRAINS provide a prompt reliable, affordable service. Matt replaced all my old metal drainpipes that were leaking with PVC pipe, and serviced my hot water system which was dripping. I highly recommended FASTFIX DRAINS.

I absolutely highly recommend FASTFIX Drains. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I am very OC fussy , very much the perfectionist. My toilet was blocked and I called a few places off google and they were so rude that I simply just hung up . And then I got Leanne and she was just so lovely and extremely helpful which I really appreciated as I wasn’t definitely not having a good day. Matt came out to fix our toilet and he was just amazing. He was respectful of my house and explained everything that he needed to do in detail. He was very polite and had a great attitude with a big smile. When Matt finished fixing my toilet I was actually in shock when went in to clean it as you wouldn’t have known that that a plumber had even been there. Matt you are absolutely amazing , you took my toilet off the wall unblocked the drain and put in new parts and a camera down the pipes and reinstalled it . You re-siliconed my toilet and cleaned all the water up off the floor after it flooded. It looked like he had sent in the 5 star cleaners 😂 I was so relieved as it has never been pleasant cleaning up after previous plumbers . As my toilet was not installed properly in the beginning it is now flushing better than ever . Thank you soooooooo much Matt and Leanne for everything you are both just so lovely and Matt your professionalism and work is second to none. 💕
